HOTEL MANAGER

Property Vine is a multi-faceted operation with Apartment Complexes, Rentals and Sales Divisions. This role offers an excellent opportunity  to work cohesively with all divisions to aid in growing this quickly developing brand. 

This role is based in Townsville and it is a hands on position and is a great opportunity for an experienced and passionate Building Manager or Front of House Manager looking to take the next step in their career and take ownership of a property. 

As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading guest service from the front and will have the opportunity to build and develop Body Corporate relationships. 

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a passion for providing excellent guest service
  • Be a “hands on” manager
  • Be people focused and able to positively develop team members of varying levels.
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be passionate about securing business and driving revenue in your business
  • Have superb time management skills
  • Have had experience at a minimum of front office supervisor or front office manager level for at least 12 months
  • Hold a current real estate certificate/RLA or be willing to obtain one.

 

$75,898 per year
